Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Aura mobile app and related services ("Aura", "we", "us"), operated by PAMPA ITER SL ("the Company"). By creating an account or using Aura, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Aura is an AI-assisted training app that generates workouts, plans training, times sessions and tracks progress. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Aura for your own non-commercial training.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Aura.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.

4. Health disclaimer

Aura is a fitness tool, not medical advice. Workouts and metrics are general fitness information only. Consult a physician before starting any exercise programme. You train at your own risk and should stop if you feel pain or discomfort. The Company is not responsible for injuries.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Aura offers free features and paid plans (Plus and Pro), which may include a free trial. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Payments are processed by Apple/Google; we do not store card data. Refunds are handled by the relevant store under its policy.

6. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, automated abuse, or use that violates law or others' rights.

7. Your content

Workout data you enter remains yours. You grant us a licence to process it to provide the service (including AI generation and analytics). See our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Aura, its content, branding and software are owned by the Company or its licensors. These Terms transfer no IP rights to you.

9. Termination and account deletion

You can delete your account anytime (in-app or by email); a 30-day grace period applies before permanent deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

Aura is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Aura.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll post the new version and update the date. Continued use means acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
