Delete your Aura account

You can delete your Aura account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it — from inside the app (fastest), or by sending us a request if you can no longer access the app. Aura is published by PAMPA ITER SL.

Option 1 — in the app (recommended)

From your phone

1 Open Aura and go to the Profile tab.
2 In the Account section, tap Delete account.
3 Confirm. Your account is locked immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days.

Changed your mind? Just log back in within 30 days and your account is restored. After 30 days the deletion is final.

Option 2 — request by email

Can't access the app?

If you've uninstalled Aura or can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Deleted

Your profile (name, email, photo, body weight)
All workouts, session logs and block scores
Personal records and training goals
AI usage history and preferences

Kept (legally required)

Minimal billing / subscription records, retained for the period required by law and anonymized where possible.
Records under an active legal hold or dispute.

Important — subscriptions

Deleting your Aura account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — those are managed by the store, not by us. To stop being billed, cancel your subscription in the store before or after deleting your account:
